Kevin Dunagan

Mr. Dunagan received his B.A. from Baylor University and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law. Admitted to practice by the Texas Supreme Court in 1997, Mr. Dunagan has also been admitted before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Texas.

Since 1998, Mr. Dunagan’s primary practice area has been in the field of labor and employment law. He has experience in both prosecuting and defending overtime claims and is often hired by attorneys unfamiliar with overtime claims to assist in the prosecution or defense of their cases. Mr. Dunagan is Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law - Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
